Send the Move
It's in. He'll call.
Bird Dog will call or text you back, the same day when he can. Nothing is booked yet.
Every date stays pending until Bird Dog confirms it with you. No call by the next business day? Text the number; it waits for him between jobs.
The Truck
What Shows Up at Your Door
Jeremy, who everybody calls Bird Dog, started this moving company in 2014. The truck comes with the blankets, the dollies, and the straps. The crew comes with the habit of setting things down where you point, not where the door was.

The number on the side is Bird Dog’s phone.

Blankets, dollies, straps. They ride along on every move.

Bird Dog Calls You Back
He works out the day and the time with you, and gives you a real estimate from what you tell him.
You Say Yes
Then it goes on the calendar. Until then the date is pending, not booked, and nothing has been charged.
The Clock Starts at Your Door
We pull up, it starts. Last piece where you want it, it stops.

The Request
No Card. Nothing Booked Until He Calls.
Sending the move costs nothing and holds nothing. Bird Dog calls back, the same day when he can, and you settle the day and the number together.

No. It tells Bird Dog what you have. He calls you back, you settle the day and the number together, and then it is booked.
No. Your name, one way to reach you, and the move. Cash, check, or card on the day; cards carry a 3.75% fee.
Call. The answer is usually yes. The only thing that gets in the way is a job Bird Dog already said yes to.
Put it in the notes. A room that still needs boxing, an extra stop, a piece that has to come apart. Bird Dog tells you on the call what he can take on.
He is carrying something. Text the same number with both addresses and the day you want, and he calls back when his hands are free. A text waits for him; a missed call is just a number.
