Office & Commercial Moving · Oklahoma City
Offices, suites, clinics, and commercial spaces across the Oklahoma City metro, moved in the window you can close. Workstations apart, moved, and back together. Everything set down to the labels.
Send the Move
It's in. He'll call.
Bird Dog will call or text you back, the same day when he can. Nothing is booked yet.
Every date stays pending until Bird Dog confirms it with you. No call by the next business day? Text the number; it waits for him between jobs.
Built for the Repeat Move
A business rarely moves just the one time. There is the relocation, then the suite next door, the department that swaps floors, the workstations added when a team grows, and the tenant turnover a property manager handles every year. We are set up for that pattern: one number to call, and it is Bird Dog’s phone, and a scope agreed before anyone touches a desk.
Our commercial relocation services cover professional offices, business suites, medical office moves, dental practices, and other commercial spaces, and every one gets looked at the same way: the office furniture and the boxed contents, the equipment we agreed to move, how we get into both buildings, and the hours the move has to fit inside.
What the Job Includes
Hours
We plan the move for the window your business and your building allow, so the office is not closed on a working day it did not choose.
Furniture
Desks, workstations, conference tables, shelving. Tell us the pieces and the count, and the crew brings the tools.
Placement
Label by room, office, or workstation number and that is where it lands. Usable Monday morning, not stacked in the lobby.
The Clock
It runs from the moment we arrive to the moment you sign off. Office estimates come from the published rates and the actual scope, before tax.
On the Job
An office floor mid-move: panels down, desks staged, and the crew putting workstations back together in the new space.

Workstations go back together on the other end, when the job calls for it.

Set to the plan, usable Monday morning.
Before the Office Move
One person who can answer questions, approve a change, and sign off on placement.
Loading dock, freight elevator, dock reservation, a certificate of insurance if the building wants one, and the hours each building allows moving.
The main furniture, workstations, boxes, and the equipment we agreed to move. A count beats a description.
Room, office, department, or workstation number on every piece and box. Placement goes fast.
Your IT provider handles backups and the unplug and replug. Keep passwords, cash, confidential records, irreplaceable files, and live data systems out of the general boxes and with your own people.
Medical and Dental Offices
A medical office move runs on a tighter clock than most, because patients are booked on either side of it. We treat it like any other business move, the furniture, the boxed contents, the equipment we agreed to, and we fit it inside the window the practice can close.
Patient records, prescriptions, and anything regulated stay under the practice’s own control, packed and moved by your staff or your vendor. Equipment with manufacturer or vendor handling rules gets named in the request so it is settled before the day, not on it.
How a Business Move Goes
Both addresses, the kind of business, rooms or workstation count, the inventory, access at both buildings, and the hours you have.
What moves, what comes apart, the crew and the time, and anything that needs boxing before the day.
The window, the crew, and the plan get confirmed with your contact. Until then the date is pending.
Furniture and boxes go where the labels say. The clock stops when the work is done and you sign off.
Scope and Placement
If files, supplies, or common areas need boxing, say so in the request and it is agreed up front. Everything that comes apart gets listed before the day so the crew shows up with the right tools and the right amount of time.
The published rates apply to office moves too: $60 a mover per hour, two hours minimum, and $75 once for fuel and travel, before tax. The estimate comes from the actual scope, access, furniture, equipment, and placement.
Business Moving Questions
Call or text if yours is not here. It is Bird Dog’s phone.
Both addresses, the kind of business, rooms or workstation count, the main furniture and the equipment you want moved, access limits at each building, any boxing or reassembly you want, and the hours the move can happen.
Yes. We work around the business. Tell Bird Dog the window your building and your staff allow and the schedule is built inside it.
Yes. Taking furniture apart and putting it back together is part of the job. Give us the pieces and the count so the time is in the estimate.
Yes. Clearing a suite, swapping out desks, moving workstations between floors. It gets looked at like any other business move: the pieces, the count, the access, the hours.
Yes. Suite-to-suite moves, department swaps, and tenant move-outs are the repeat work we are set up for. One contact, one number, a scope confirmed each time.
Usually. A commercial space gets looked at the same way as an office: the furniture and contents, the access, the hours. Describe it and Bird Dog tells you what he can take on.
No. Bird Dog looks at the scope and the timing, then confirms the move with your contact. No card is needed to send it.
