Here Is the Quick Version
Residential is a house, condo, townhome, or duplex, including the move into a smaller place. Apartment is anything with a shared door: an elevator, a gate, a leasing office, a lease date. Office and commercial is any place people work, from a two-room suite to a clinic to a building turning over tenants.
You do not have to get it right. Pick the closest one on the form and put the rest in the notes. Bird Dog sorts it out with you on the call.
